1. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 14:00 on the day of arrival.

• Check-out: by 11:00 on the day of departure.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification & Registration

• A valid photo ID (passport or ID card) and booking confirmation are required at check-in.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and check-in.

3. Payment & Deposits

• All charges must be settled according to the booking terms.

• A valid credit/debit card may be required to guarantee reservations and may be pre-authorized upon arrival.

• The hotel reserves the right to charge the card on file, or request immediate payment by another method, for any unpaid balances, damages, or incidentals.

4. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and all indoor hotel areas.

• A cleaning fee may be applied if this rule is violated.

• Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

5. Pets

• Pets are not permitted unless explicitly confirmed by management prior to arrival.

6. Noise & Conduct

• Please respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (23:00 – 07:00).

• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund if behavior is disruptive, unlawful, or unsafe.

7. Visitors

• For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.

• Visitors may be received in common areas (lobby, etc.) with prior approval from the hotel.

8. Safety & Security

• Guests are responsible for locking their room and securing valuables.

• The hotel is not liable for the loss of unattended personal belongings.

• For safety, please do not use heating appliances, open flames, or cooking devices in the rooms.

9. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay.

• The hotel reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning.

• This may be done by charging the credit card on file, or, if no card is available, by requesting immediate settlement from the guest by another payment method.

• Guests will be notified of any such charges.

10. Use of Facilities

• Hotel facilities are for the use of registered guests only.

• Please follow posted guidelines for the safe and respectful use of all amenities.

11. Emergencies

• In case of emergency, please contact the front desk immediately.

• Emergency exit routes are clearly marked on each floor.

12. Compliance with Law

Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Cyprus during their stay.
